📘 Guide

What to do in the first 10 minutes after adding the bot, and the most used systems. Every command works with both / and !. Items marked 💎 are premium.

🇹🇷 The bot replies in Turkish, so command names are Turkish too (e.g. /yardim = help). This guide explains each one in English. The full list is on the commands page.

1. Getting started

  1. Add the bot to your server. It only asks for the permissions it uses.
  2. Run /kurulum (setup) and pick a profile: Basit (basic), Dengeli (balanced), Sıkı (strict) or VTC / TruckersMP. Log channels and ticket categories are created for you.
  3. Fine-tune everything with /panel (buttons inside Discord) or the web dashboard. Both edit the same settings.
  4. Set your staff roles: Panel → Genel Ayarlar (general) → Yetkili Rolleri (staff roles). Moderation commands are available to these roles.

💡 In Server Settings → Roles, move the bot's role above the roles it should manage. If it can't give roles or punish members, this is almost always the reason.

2. Moderation

  • /ban, /kick, /sustur (timeout), /uyari ver (warn): the basics. Temporary bans and timeouts are supported (e.g. 7d, 12h).
  • /ceza ver (punish): applies the next punishment based on the violation type and the member's history (e.g. 1st time a warning, 2nd a 30-minute timeout, 3rd a ban). Define the steps with /ceza ekle.
  • /sicil: a member's full punishment history. /karantina al: quarantines a suspicious member (set it up once with /karantina kur).
  • Auto-moderation: Panel → Oto-Moderasyon. Profanity, spam, invite links, mass mentions, caps and scam links, each with its own punishment.

3. Protection

  • 💎 /guard denetim (audit): scores your server's security weaknesses and tells you what to fix.
  • 💎 Guard: catches sabotage such as mass channel/role deletion, mass bans and unauthorized bot additions through the audit log, and punishes whoever did it. Exempt trusted people with /guard beyazliste ekle (whitelist).
  • 💎 /guard automod kur: Discord AutoMod rules that keep working even if the bot is offline.
  • 💎 /guard panik (panic): locks the server during a raid; /guard normale-don unlocks it.

4. Welcome & verification

  • Welcome / goodbye messages and auto-roles: Panel → Hoş Geldin & Görüşürüz, Otomatik Rol.
  • Verification: /sistem dogrulama kur and /sistem dogrulama panel. New members get a role after pressing the button, which keeps bot accounts out.
  • Registration: staff register members with /kayit erkek / /kayit kadin; nickname and roles are updated automatically.
  • Applications: create a form with /basvuru form ekle and post the button panel with /basvuru panel.

5. Support tickets

  1. Create categories with /ticket kategori ekle (e.g. "Report", "Application").
  2. Post the button panel to a channel with /ticket panel.
  3. Choose support roles in Panel → Destek Talepleri (support tickets). Closed tickets get an HTML transcript in the log channel.

6. Levels & economy

  • /seviye bilgi: rank card. /seviye odul ekle: a role given at a certain level.
  • /kazan gunluk (daily), /kazan calis (work), /market (shop), /meslek (jobs): economy. Currency and amounts are configurable in the panel.
  • /cekilis (giveaway), /anket (poll), /etkinlik olustur (event): community tools.

🗳️ Members who vote for the bot with /oy get 50% more daily reward for 12 hours.

7. VTC & TruckersMP

🚚 Running a VTC? Choose the VTC / TruckersMP profile in /kurulum: events, attendance, driver registry and applications are enabled together, and the remaining steps are listed at the end.

  • /vtckayit panel: a panel where drivers register with their TruckersMP ID. Registrations are checked against the TMP profile.
  • Automatic convoy attendance: pick the ses (voice) channel in /etkinlik olustur or /tmp etkinlik; 10 minutes after the convoy starts (configurable) everyone in that channel is recorded and members who said "I'm coming" but didn't show up are listed.
  • Recurring convoys: choose tekrar: Her hafta (weekly) in /etkinlik olustur; when a convoy starts, the next one is announced automatically.
  • /yoklama al: manually records everyone in the voice channel as convoy attendance. /yoklama eksik shows who missed it, /yoklama sirala the attendance ranking.
  • 💎 /sefer ekle: trip log, distance leaderboard, ranks and /sefer ayin-soforu (driver of the month).
  • /tmp oyuncu (player), /tmp vtc, /tmp sunucular (servers), /tmp etkinlikler (events): TruckersMP info. 💎 /tmp etkinlik: convoy announcement with join buttons from a TMP event, 💎 /tmp bantakip: banned drivers.

8. Backups & settings

  • /ayar-yedek yedekle, /ayar-yedek geri-al: take a snapshot of the bot settings and roll back. If settings changed, an automatic snapshot is taken once a day.
  • /ayar-yedek disa-aktar / ice-aktar: move settings to another server as a file.
  • 💎 /yedek al: backup of the channel and role structure; restore it with /yedek yukle.

9. Troubleshooting

  • /kontrol (check): shows missing permissions, deleted channels/roles still selected in settings, channels the bot can't write to and role order problems on one screen. Start here if something doesn't work.
  • Commands don't show up: wait a few seconds after adding the bot; if they're still missing, restart Discord (Ctrl+R).
  • "This interaction failed": the bot may be offline or restarting; check the status page.
  • Bug reports / suggestions: /geri-bildirim (feedback) or the support server.
